Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Service I am selling my house and need the carpets cleaned. I hear about Zerorez on the radio. The people moving in have allergies. This kid shows up, literally he couldn't have been more than 18. He goes over the rugs. We complain so he pulls out his little bottle of water and shows us this ridiculous excuse for a chemistry presentation. We tell him to hit the one rug one more time. I finally hired Stanley... Don't hire them if you have a pet related mess. I recently had them come out to clean a pet urination on a carpet that occurred while I was pet sitting for a family member. They performed the cleaning but there were lingering odors. They returned based on their 30 day guarantee but would not honor it because they detected moisture on the affected area and claimed it occured after the first cleaning. I think I would know if another urination...
When you see one of their vans in the neighborhood, WATCH THEM CAREFULLY. After finishing a job at the house across the street, their rep used our driveway as a turn around and tore it up leaving visible tracks! 7/28/16 - We just had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets. My wife spoke to the Zerorez salesperson and scheduled the cleaning for today. After spending several hours moving furniture, extensively vacuuming and preparing the ares to be cleaned, we were really disappointed. We had given them the exact dimensions and uses of ALL the rooms. We were quoted $329.00 plus tax for ALL of the rooms of those sizes, including extra prices because of one... I was shocked after I called to received a copy, especially when I saw that they signed my name to the receipt. Zerorez in Fredericksburg, Virginia is amazing! Tim came out for an appointment on a very short notice and while I was sick in bed. We were quoted over the phone for $166 for 3 rooms and some extra treatment. This was a gift from my husband's parents so they wrote the check for that amount. When Tim came out and spoke with my husband we realized the lady who did the quote underqouted us. After we explained that it was a gift and we had a check... My parents lived in a (newer) home a few years ago and we would change the air filter about once a week. It was unbelievable to me how dirty the air filter would get in just a short time. My house is 50+ years old and I check my air filter each month but most of the time it looks just as clean as when I put it in! I usually only have to change it about once every 3-4 months. Yes, that is a great explanation, thank you. My house was built in 1989 by Ryan Homes. Several years ago, I had my HVAC replaced and had an on-furnace air cleaner added. It really does not seem to do the job. I wash the permanent air filter about once a month and, although it is dirty, it does not seem to be excessively so. Wish they had said something about the ductwork rather than the air cleaner. Well, that is a project to look into in the next year or so. I am finding that this newer-built house has many problems that the houses that I grew up in (built in the early 1900's) never had.Call to learn about our cleaning specials!
