Techs were friendly, courteous, on time, efficient and did a nice job. While the technicians did a good job, I was not notified when, due to an equipment problem, they were to arrive about 2 hours late. After the appointment time had passed I called the office and was informed of this, and the representative apologized. I understand equipment problems do occur, but failure to notify customers of a change of schedule is not acceptable.

We have used Sears for various services and are highly satisfied with the quality of the work but it is exceeded only by the quality of the people doing the work. As always, the service and tech were exceptional. I requested a morning appointment, but CSR gave me 2:00 - 4:00 pm, without any option to change the day to satisfy my morning request. The CSR said the Tech would be "closer to 2:00". In fact, then the Tech was held up at a previous job, and called me to state he would arrive 4:15. So I was not pleased with the actual time the work was done. I do not blame the Tech, who did a good job, and had to work much longer at a previous job because the CSR had inadequately estimated it. These guys were very nice, professional and they worked super hard! Once again, great service, great results! great job great service They did a great job! Thank you for a job well done! I was very impressed with Gary my Technician's customer service! I would highly recommend Sears to all my friends and family!

Very professional service and quality results. I will recommend Sears to all my friends. This is hte second time we have had Gary V clean our carpets. As you know, there are a lot of choices for carpet cleaning, but the reason we choose Sears to clean our carpets is because of Gary. He is thorough, professional and our old dirty carpets look wonderful when he is finished!!! I will use Sears again and will specifically request Gary as he is the BEST carpet cleaner we have ever had. Techs were very nice and did excellent job. They answered other questions I had about tile Could not have been more satisfied. Prompt, courteous, efficient, and my carpets are clean. The technician was courteous, knowlegeable and personable. I would enjoy having him return for service in the future. There was some confusion with the time but everything worked out fine. Gary did a terrific job!! I forgot one room though - and need him to come back! The technician, Gary, was thorough, neat and efficeint.

The result of his work exceeded our expectations. I was very satisfied with the carpet and upholstery cleaning but not the tile cleaning. Grout in kitchen area did not come out as nice as in other areas. I personally think the grout in the kitchen should have been scrubbed better. Within the past 2 weeks, I spent $5,500 having the whole interior of my house painted. When the duct cleaning work was completed, I noticed that a muddy material was splattered over a door and wall. I had to do a lot of clean up after they had left. It was not fun at all. These two technicians were very knowledgeable, cleanly, friendly & efficient and I would recommend them to anyone. Sears can be proud to have them as employees. With out a doubt, this was great service and have already recommended Sears to three people. We were really impressed with the gentlemen that performed the service. Gary was extremely professional and he did a terrific job . I had a three hour window in which to expect them.
