Overall, the products are awesome! I am disappointed in the way the purchase was handled. We were told it would cost $4000 for both items. We said we couldn't do that. So our salesperson called his manager and the manager negotiated a price of $3000 which was going to be about $75/month. When the first bill from Synchrony arrived, our payments were $113/month which is exactly what we were trying to avoid.

We told the guy that we probably couldn't afford payments over $100/month and we were told the $75 so that is why we went ahead and agreed to it. So, I don't feel manager really knows what he is negotiating for people. When salesperson delivered the products, he forgot to bring the bag that was supposed to come with the Commercial (for cleaning sofa cushions). We were told then he would have the office send it out. As of March 20, 2016 (almost 3 months after purchasing equipment), we still don't have the bag. Salesperson was very cordial and appeared to know what he was talking about. However, he was new on the job, hadn't worked there long so was quite nervous. Air purifier was making a strange noise at some point, but my husband cleaned the wires and it seems to have taken care of that problem. Another thing, the saleperson said was it would clear the house of smells from cooking. That is NOT correct. I can still smell strong odors from food cooking several hours afterwards, so that part is false thing to be telling potential customers.
