I called and explained the situation, and they sent two guys out the same day. By that evening, I not only had my carpets cleaned, but had them steam clean my tile and grout in the bathrooms and vacuum out my dryer vents. The guys were very professional. They arrived in uniform, did a walk through and gave me a price quote, and went to work. They were very conscientious and performed everything as agreed upon. It was the tenant before us 2 weeks earlier. They didn't get the pet treatment and it was smelly. We were going to pay but Quality did it for free. Then they checked the pad and it was not cleanable so they replaced it and put the carpet back for 45.00, very cheap.
