DUCTZ of East Jacksonville These guys did a terrific job. They cleaned out our 20+ year old air handler, the dryer vent and about 16 vents in about 3 hours. They were punctual, courteous, and trustworthy. They also do carpet cleaning and did a fabulous job with that as well. Absolute Clean Air, LLC I hired this company to clean my ducts and vents. Upon arrival, John advised me that cleaning the ducts would be a very temporary fix, and that the ducts were pretty bad and would need to be replaced before long. He advised he could do a cleaning, but that might not resolve the problem of dirt blowing out the ducts, and his recommendation would be to replace the ducts. There was no charge for this call and I know he worked on Commission..so he got nothing for his time. I however, got an honest opinion and recommendation from a Company who did not try to take advantage of the situation.

I would recommend this company to anyone, and I will not hesitate to use them again. John was here early, was able to modify the amount of vents needing to be cleaned by the main return vent already being clean and the dryer vent had a very little amount of lint so it made his job easy and lowered the my bill. Recent Requests for Residential Vent & Air Duct Cleaning in Jacksonville, Florida:Jessie's House CleaningMy friend/employer was in the ...My friend/employer was in the hospital and some of his friends chipped in to get him a good housecleaning. I was working in the home office and was there when the people from Jessie’s House Cleaning showed up.

First, I was really impressed that the manager called to check that the cleaners had arrived. Then she showed up at the end of the day to check that the job was satisfactory. I've never seen a cleaning service do that. I also found the staff to be friendly and discreet. The place was given a deep cleaning but I was never distracted from my work. And they had all their own cleaning supplies, and they made sure to put everything back exactly as they found it. In the end everything looked the same - just clean and sparkling and neat like elves had come in and cleaned under and around everything, only better. When my friend/employer got home he was blown away telling me he'd never even have known they were there except it was all clean. We were both really impressed and will continue to use this service in the future - no problem. Jessie’s House Cleaning is simply the best cleaning service I've ever seen, and affordable too. newport 9000 air purifier partsThey are very professional and organized, and even use sophisticated software to remind (text and email) me of my cleaning appointment and email me the invoice. I can setup the appointment, reschedule, and pay (Paypal) all from their website.

The great thing about it is, I don’t even need to be home and they have put me on automatic billing for my weekly services. That was exactly what I was looking for, I told them I want to sign up and forget about it. I just want to come to a clean home every Thursday. I have used them for six month now. This has been my experience, hope this helps. Jessie's House CleaningBest Cleaning Service in Jacksonville Period! We have been very privileged to have John and Jessie helped us when we moved to Jacksonville back in 2012. And basically, I coordinated with them over the email and phone and they helped us do that pre-home cleaning and carpet cleaning and then on the way when we were leaving out to Utah they came and took care of us in a very efficient, professional manner. Loved their crew, always very kind and we were very pleased with their service. So, if there is anything that you need from them, they'll take care of you. You can watch my husband's video testimonial at their website.

Our experience with them has been nothing but wonderful. Your air handler and ductwork, just like everything in your home, over time, gets dirty and needs to be cleaned. Even with a high efficiency filter, eventually your air duct cleaning will need to be done. The process of air duct cleaning greatly varies from company to company. Some air conditioning companies only clean the ductwork and grilles, others only clean the return side of the ductwork system. According to the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, all internal components of the air handler (liner, evaporator coil, drain pan, blower assembly), supply ducts, return duct, branch lines and all grilles should be hygienically cleaned by a certified contractor when an air duct cleaning is performed. A dirty air handler and ductwork can result in poor indoor air quality, debris coming from your supply vents, a dusty environment, high utility bills, and a decrease in the life of your equipment. In certain cases microbial or “mold” contamination within the air handler and ductwork has been linked to respiratory difficulties and skin rashes.

An air duct cleaning could greatly help prevent these things. Along with many other benefits, air duct cleaning under NADCA guidelines can reduce equipment power consumption, dust and allergens in the home, and increase the life of the equipment. Call us today at 904-356-3963 to schedule your FREE inspection to see if you need an air duct cleaning. The process of how your air handler and ductwork gets dirty is simple. Your air handler and ductwork can get contaminated in as little as one season of operation. One would think as long as I change my filter regularly my ductwork should be fine. However, it’s a fact that all store bought filters, even high efficiency filters, allow small dirt particles to pass right through them. Then one would think Electrostatic or HEPA filters are the answer. Although HEPA and Electrostatic filters are very efficient at capturing smaller particulates, they still allow small particles to pass through them. HEPA and Electrostatic filters have an adverse effect on airflow.

Because HEPA and Electrostatic filters are very dense and tight weaved they make it harder for air to pass through their core. When air flow is reduced through the air handler’s coil, condensation issues arise within the air handler cabinet. As air flow is reduced below 350 CFM, the cold evaporator coil temperature transfers to other internal components including the ductwork. In this case, condensation forms on the internal components of the air handler mentioned above. Tiny airborne dirt particles land in the condensation forming food for microbial or “mold” activity. After a season or two of operation, microbial or “mold” activity can grow down the ductwork resulting in poor indoor air quality, flu-like symptoms, and unsightly looking vents. Therefore your air handler and ductwork should be inspected by our highly trained and certified inspector at least once a year. Our inspector has been fully trained and certified by the National Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). We also recommend cleaning the air handler, ductwork, and vents in accordance with NADCA every 5 years.
