Upon arrival, John advised me that cleaning the ducts would be a very temporary fix, and that the ducts were pretty bad and would need to be replaced before long. He advised he could do a cleaning, but that might not resolve the problem of dirt blowing out the ducts, and his recommendation would be to replace the ducts. There was no charge for this call and I know he worked on Commission..so he got nothing for his time. I however, got an honest opinion and recommendation from a Company who did not try to take advantage of the situation.

However, it’s a fact that all store bought filters, even high efficiency filters, allow small dirt particles to pass right through them. Then one would think Electrostatic or HEPA filters are the answer.
