I made my appointment by phone and after hanging up I promptly received an e-mail with confirmation. The cleaning team I requested was superb! I was called by Dennis (and Michael Lopez) with an estimated time of arrival. They was on time, fast & courteous. My living room carpets stains are gone and I am one happy camper! The only thing I wish to have known ahead of time (perhaps when making the appointment) was what furniture or bed frame can stay in the room. Such as I was informed by the technician that my bed frame with plastic wheels could have stayed in the room on the carpet.
