I was very comfortable with Rob and would call to request him every time I'm in need. Completion of the installation was delayed because there were no remotes in the box. Sear retail worked quickly to get those ready for my wife to pick up. The technician was courteous but did not make sure that the keypad worked to open or close the door. I have left a message that has not been returned. So there can be no 5's though I was satisfied with the actual installation of the opener. The job is not complete.
