I just want to say that from the beginning when I called to get an appointment set up I was very pleased with the response. I didn't have to go thru a series of computer steps, the person I talked to spoke clearly so I could understand her and hear her, thank you Tina. I got the appointment time that I wanted, I got the reminder call as promised and the tech called before arriving as promised. He got right to work and did a beautiful job, thank you Ross. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THE TECH DID IN THE HOME...LET ME KNOW IF THERE WERE XTRA CHARGES FOR THINGS IF NEED ALSO TO TO GET DONE....HAD 2 DIFFERENT TECHS HERE AND WAS SATISFIED WITH BOTH He did a great job and was very professional. Ross and Santo were great. Second time that we used them , thank you Dios great job once again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The technician was great and very polite. He did a wonderful job. He was great about communicating his arrival time and when he arrived he was very helpful and shows pride in his work. I am satisfied and will be rebooking with Sears again. I would hire hm again. There was a small misunderstanding about the charges, but up9n calling back they were explained satisfactorily. I wish your carpet cleaners were as good. I had a problem with them several years ago and am still having problems with carpet waves. Great job by Logan and Brandon...they deserve a bonus. Very informative and polite young men. Very observant and eager to fix any issues and address any concerns we had. Very friendly and also a uniqueness of not being pushy at all with any additional sales, but very simply stated what they thought could be of help. Techs Professional and knowledgeable completed work efficiently and made sure to portect corners and surfaces when performing the job. Techs both Justin and Brandon worked together well and also helped schedule carpet cleaning for me as I had not scheduled a date. The two gentlemen, Jason and Dios, were very friendly but not so much as to interfere with getting their job done. Techs came on site on time and completed th job professionally.
