Purchased Hot Water Heater I was renting my 60 gallon gas fired hot water heater for over 18 years from another company. The overall reliability of the unit was declining. The inconvenience and on going service calls were problematic. When I found out that AtlasCare offered hot water heaters I contacted the sales rep and got a price quote. Less than a week later, they had removed the old tank and returned it to the other company. They installed the new high efficiency hot water tank in just a few hours. Overall their price was competitive and their customer service is exceptional. About 1 month ago New AC unit and air handler + new duct work install I needed a new AC system as the old one that came with our house wasn't doing its job during this hot summer. Our townhouse uses a high velocity system (unfortunately)... Anyway, I met with the sales guy Jeff Maund, and compared to another sales guy from another large HVAC company, Jeff provided me with more info.

And seemed more knowledgeable. He advised that new ductwork would be put in and the evaporator coil would be installed in another location. He also did not recommend me renting the system (as opposed to the other sales guy, who was). I did some research and found that financially it makes more sense to buy/finance. I decided to go with Atlascare, even though I was with the other company since the start. On August 10 2016, Mike, Adam and Gabriel came bright and early to install the system. They were very friendly and professional. Before any work was done, they laid down their drop sheets and had booties whenever they needed to do so. All in all the work took about 5-6hrs for the new install, and when they finished they cleaned up nicely and took away all the old equipment. They also answered any questions I had. It was a great experience. Jeff also followed up with me after the install. The system worked fantastic, it actually cooled the house down during those hot humid days.

We really felt the difference on the second floor, and were amazed. We never knew anything different other than the old system which wasn't doing the job.

On August 19th 2016, we noticed a whistling sound coming from the duct work/air handler and the house didn't seem to be cooling like it did and should. I called Atlas on Sunday evening and advised the operator of the problem, and was advised a technician would call me back within the hour, and within the hour Brendan called me back and I confirmed with him the problem I was having and he diagnosed over the phone that it was most likely the evaporator coil freezing up. He suggested that we turn off the system to let it thaw out several hours before the appointment with him. So we kept using the AC until 5am (appointment was between 12 noon and 1pm the next day). Brendan The technician came on time at around 12:30pm the next day and quickly got to work, again wearing booties inside the house whenever he needed to. He quickly noticed that a 'anti ice control' wasn't installed with the system (recommended with our tempmizer air handler). Brendan tested the Lennox unit and also advised that he would charge it up a little more with coolant.

He was professional and answered all the questions I had. The anti ice control was set up and the system was tested and everything is working fine again. The new system is definitely removing any humidity/moisture 1000% better than the old system. My family and I are very happy the new system, and I am very happy that I went with AtlasCare. They maintain our furnace, air conditioner and central filter system. In the past they have cleaned out our heating ducts and installed a new rental water heater. A few years ago they replaced our furnace with a high-efficiency unit. This week Alex B. came to our house to do the annual furnace maintenance. As with every other Atlas technician, he came on time, was polite, and did his work carefully and efficiently. He recommended replacing a part that is almost worn out, double-checked with his supervisor, and arranged for the part to be ordered and the Service Department to call me back for an appointment when the part comes in.

Have been a customer of Atlas for over 9 years and never have had an issue. I have had the pleasure of having Eric the representative that services my units in the spring and fall. Very knowledgeable an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I feel like things I have no clue about are being looked at and inspected with care and these are things I do not like to fool around with if I had a faulty furnace or A/C for that matter. I am very satisfy with his performance today Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning, Humidifier Installed First experience with AtlasCare, Garrett and Travis arrived on time. Explained every step of the job, showed us section of the duct and how dirty it was, took pictures throughout. Very professional and took time at the end to give us advice on keeping the ducts as clean as possible, and other items that we could improve with the HVAC. We then called AtlasCare back to replace our humidifier. This job was also approximately $500...got quotes from other companies, AtlasCare took the most time to ask questions, and were right in the middle in terms of price (while spending more time on the phone and ensuring we had the right product).
