They answered a few questions I had and when all was said and done, both men are a great asset to Sears. They are the kind of people I felt very comfortable having in my home. Can you give them a copy of this to inform them how much I enjoyed their work. It's always good for a Sears employee to get an "atta boy" after a job well done. I was extremely happy with the two employees (Alfredo F. & Robin P.) professionalism and the quality of work they provided. They left my carpet looking almost brand new again! My only regret was that I didn't have any cash on me to tip them for their awesome service. I was very satisfied with this technician as he listened to my requests, explained things well, and was able to remove all of my stains. I would most certainly give him a 5! The technician did a very good job on the carpet, however, the couch looks terrible.

You can see the strips in the fabric where he cleaned. It actually looks worse than before he cleaned it. I will be calling tomorrow to have it re-done. The technician was friendly and professional. I just may get another company to clean my carpet. I thought I was getting a deal---I didn't! And its the only reason for the rate of a ---4--! So you learn really fast who you can trust. He asked about having chairs put up on blocks or just moving around them. I asked that he either put them on blocks or move them. It did not look like they were even moved. I was so pleased with Craig's hard work. The carpet in one room was a lost cause, or so I thought. After Craig cleaned it, my den's carpeting has new life.

He took time to check where the vents went before cleaning them and found one was not connected to the rest of the duct work anymore. I'm glad he found that instead of blowing the dust into another room. Did not clean air ducts, had dryer vent cleaned. No, Fine the with how things were done. I guess my only complaint is that I called Sears in December to get a quote on how much it would cost. Working with the customer service representative, we determined it would be about $250 - $300 for the service, so I saved up for it until February.
