Indoor gas fireplace is enclosed with ceramic logs and gives off a lot of heat. Lovely landscaping throughout the condo complex. High quality berber carpet on stairs and in upstairs bedrooms. Thermostat for central heat is on 1st floor, heat registers are thru-out the condo.Second floor has: Master suite w dbl vanity and separated shower & tub. European Sleepworks Cal King bed w designer sheets, down alt pillows. 32" HDTV w Netflix, Amazon, etc.2nd BD has Sealy Posturepedic Barryton Plush Queen bed w designer sheets, down alt pillows. iMac and ergo chair & desk + room for laptop. Quieter and sunnier by comparison to other SF districts.This is a very drive-able neighborhood, also walkable to transit across the street to access all SF has to offer. Very easy parking & frequent public transit! Steps from T-3rd light rail MUNI metro, 9mins to CalTrain. We are mins from freeways 101N to downtown or 101S as we are at the gateway to the peninsula, near 280 freeway.Immediately outside our complex is the BaySide Café, a great breakfast diner to get eggs, coffee, pancakes, etc. Try the Chilaquiles (Migas), a yummy Mexican American spin on scrambled eggs!Southbound on Bayshore Blvd, a few mins' walk away is Piccolo Pete's Café, a locals' fave for coffee drinks with hand-ground spices and tasty toasty bites (see pics). Piccolo Pete's Liquor & Deli is also a great place for handmade sub sandwiches and hot food for lunch!Leland Ave is also this direction and has a nice small-town feel with post office, library, bodegas, bakery, laundromat, taqueria, family-owned restaurants and a great doughnut shop/ internet café.

Bank of America is at the corner of Bayshore and Leland Ave. Leland is a downhill 15min walk from the condo.Also south on Bayshore blvd is a 7-11 before Leland and Grocery Outlet Store just 2 blocks after Leland. Lovely neighborhood walks to take in views of San Bruno mtns and the SF Bay. State nature preserve across freeway with a rigorous hike uphill or leisurely bikeride/ stroll along bayfront. Great for anyone active! Neighbors are very personable.This is at the southeastern end of SF, within the city proper and has easy access to everything The City has to offer; Fisherman's Wharf/ Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, ChinaTown, Union Square, Coit Tower, Alcatraz, AT&T park (The Giants), Golden Gate Park & museums and Golden Gate Bridge. Restaurants and nightlife are great in the nearby Mission district!We also have quick access to the peninsula/ Silicon Valley and all it has to offer; Santana Row, Winchester Mystery House, Happy Hollow, Great America, Computer History Museum, Levi's Stadium - site of SuperBowl 50!101 is 1min away and SFO is close so our place is easy for rendez-vous.

Driving here is very easy being so close to the 101 freeway. Several ways to get into and out of the city. The 8 express shuttle goes straight into the heart of the city and takes 15 minutes and leaves every 10 minutes. Driving or taxiing around is super quick taking usually around 10 minutes to get to Market Street. Uber and Lyft highly recommended.Tech-friendly, built in 2009 and perfect for business trips and vacations alike. We will provide some wine/ beer upon your arrival and milk, coffee/ tea, bread, some breakfast items for your morning. We also provide some basic kitchen stores and fresh ingredients (oil, flour, fruit, etc).All linens and towels provided during your stay, with extras in the linen closet. Please help us conserve water by limiting use of towels.We have bikes w kid seats, kid bikes, trike and all sorts of scooters, etc. Upon request we can equip w a pack-n-play, high chair, & activities for kids.Of note: There is a condo upstairs and condos share bldg entryway This is the lower unit.
