(There was so much dust that I had discovered a mini mountain that looked like volcanic ash at the side of my home under an air vent.) David arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly and efficiently set up the equiptment and tackled the job. I couldn't be happier. Cameron was very kind, personable and professional. He was very thorough and I liked that he showed some before images and after. We definitely won't be going as long in between services as per his recommendation. Cameron was very sensitive to having a newborn in the house by working around us and trying to keep as much heat in the house as possible while he performed service. After watching the technician Chris do his job, I know that there is NO dust or debris left in my previously fithly ducts.

There are 3 steps to this proceedure that ensures absolute removal of anything that isn't supposed to be in the heating system (including furnace fan). Great customer service like theirs is rare. They arrived on time, showed me what they needed to do, found the most efficient way to feed their equipment in through my basement windows so the doors to my house could stay closed. As a pet owner, I really appreciated this. They were lovely to my very shy dog, who warmed up to them much faster than any other service people I've had in my home.

This meant a lot to me.They worked quickly and quietly as a team. Though the equipment made some noise (totally expected), they weren't hollering, joking or being disruptive like other service folks I've had in my house. I work from home, so I appreciated how respectful they were of my space.In the end, they noticed I had one less vent than I had originally guessed on the quote, so they made sure to reflect that on my bill. The time and care they took to save me $8 off my bill, was worth so much more to me than the $8. Most companies wouldn't have bothered. I'll definitely be recommending Power Vac to all my friends. I had a company come in 2 weeks ago and they did nothing but clean a few ducts. But Randy cleaned each duct thoroughly and had brushed clean the ducts.
