Rep told me that I have to receive confirmation call after online appointment and checked with service team and given me different time than original appointment time. Also I was told that online appointment is tentative. If that is the case I should have received confirmation call.

I have recently moved and I am not aware of many places near by. It is advised to use GPS to locate the address rather than bothering the customer. People come from different places and may not be understood properly over phone. Dumping the tank from the truck into the gutter on the street may be objectionable to some. It surprised me how clean our carpet came out! Both of them were extremely delightful The fuel charge was a disappointment. I could have gone local and saved that charge. It should be more defined in your avertisment.
