I had no idea what time during the day the cleaners would be coming until I received a phone call saying they would be coming in 25 minutes.

I was given a time slot that the reps would arrive. I also received a phone call within that time frame to inform me that the reps would arrive at my house in about 20 minutes and they were very prompt. They were very professional introducing themselves to me. They were very professional and worked along until the job was completed, they were very cognizant of making sure not to leave a mess, packed up of the equipment and thanked me. I was very satisfied with the service The gentlemen that came to my house were kind and respectful. service performed was hardwood floor cleaning and waxing. technicians were very good. service performed and follow up were professional. Scott Rockwell did a fine job with scheduling and follow up Extremely happy with the service. The Tecnicians were friendly and curtious. I will use their service again. Professional staff & on-time. I did not get official confirmation of my phone order till the day before (after I called confirm).

Job well done again. There were a few spots that I thought might have been removed with a bit extra treatment. The techs were polite, efficient, and professional. I always use Sears cleaning service for my wool area rug, at least twice a year. They're always on time, if not early, and do a great job!
