Dry Cleaning: When color-fastness is an issue. Carpets act as a filter, trapping dust, dirt, gases, animal hair, and other soils. All carpet manufacturers agree on actions you can take between carpet cleanings to increase the life span of your carpet.IICRC states that 79% of soil in carpet is dry soil. Vacuuming is a key component to proper care and maintenance of carpet. Pilating the carpet to prevent matting Moving furniture to change traffic patterns Using walk-off mats to limit the amount of soil tracked onto the carpet Our professional cleaning can address moderate and heavy soil conditions in your carpets. How often you’ll need professional cleaning depends on soil build-up, traffic, type and color of carpeting. A good rule of thumb would be to professionally clean your carpet every 12 months. The best advice is to clean carpets before they become totally saturated with soil. If you wait until carpets look really dirty, the carpets may never be restored to their former appearance.
Dirt builds up in layers, and when a carpet looks dirty you are only seeing the dirt at the tips of the fibers. More dirt is hiding below the surface down near the base of the pile, causing damage to the carpet. When a carpet is saturated with dirt, the soil has penetrated crevices and has become firmly lodged.novita air purifier review ozone We will get the job done right. alen paralda air purifier reviewsFor a cleaning backed by state-of-the-art equipment, over 40 years of experience and Professionals trained to the highest standards, call us today.honeywell hepaclean 3 in 1 tower air purifier reviews of 10resultsAdd a New CollectionUpload a PhotoRemaining Characters: 100Remaining Characters: 500CancelDidn't find what you were looking for?magnifying glass

Posted by Cottongim ServicesI'm putting solar panels on my house! It will be nice not paying Georgia Power so much money!!Cottongim ServicesI just had a customer calling to see how much it cost to come out and check his A/C. He said ok let me see and I will call you back which means he is shopping around for the lowest price. He didn't know we took over Southern Air's business and called them too! I answered and immediatly recoginized his voice. I told him we just spoke and it would be the same price and he could'nt even remember who he had already called.. I said sir, I'm not trying to be ugly but you can c...all around and always find a lower price but you always don't get the best service. Yes the smaller companies or one man shows can do it for less but sometimes don't carry insurance and if they get hurt on your property they can sue you! We also have more staff so when it is extremly hot or cold and you need someone to come out we usually make it out that same day..... Cottongim ServicesI just took a water sample from our city water and had it sent off to National Testing Laboratory to have it throughly tested and see if there are any contaminants!
Every time I see the news they talk about bad water here and there! Cottongim ServicesThe purpose of a crawlspace encapsulation is to control moisture. The object is to get the crawlspace as air tight as possible and then introduce a properly sized dehumidifier to control the moisture. Before you waste money getting a poorly installed liner please consult with us!Cottongim Services added 4 new photos to the album: Proper Crawlspace Encapsulation for moisture control.I have yet to see any crawlspace encapsulation done to the quality of ours...Cottongim ServicesDid you know if you have a tank less water heater it has to be cleaned every year to decrease lime/calcium buildup in the heat exchanger?Cottongim ServicesA thumb can do many things. But can it size an AC system? If you use the square feet per ton rule of thumb ask yourself - is every house the same? Do they all have the same insulation and windows? Are they all in the same location? For Example A 12 room ranch with a total of 1429 square feet of living space would require 3.5 tons of AC using 400 sq ft per ton (the rule of thumb found most often in an internet search) or 3 tons with a 500 sq ft per ton.
This house is located in Georgia. It has R-11 insulation in the attic, the windows are double pane clear with vinyl frame, it is over an enclosed crawl space that is not insulated, and the walls are 2 x 4 wood studs with R-13 insulation. Below are the results of a heat load using Elite's RHVAC software. Results • The rule of thumb method calls for 3 to 3.5 tons. • The heat load shows we need just over 2 tons. WE STOPPED USING RULE OF THUMB METHODS LONG AGO.... Cottongim Services shared a post.toCottongim ServicesTifton, GAThanks for Cooling us off!! Cottongim installed a second unit for us. there is a correct way and a wrong way to address the problem. I continue to see crawlspace encapsulations that are not done correctly and will cost the homeowner lots in energy cost and the problem is not corrected!Cottongim ServicesWHAT"S IN YOUR WATER??? Let us find out for you! We now offer water filtration. We have to protect ourselves because local, state, and federal gov't won't! "Wherever you chlorinate water, you have chlorination by-products… there is strong evidence that disinfection by-products are carcinogenic for bladder cancer." Kenneth Cantor- National Cancer Institute. "EPA typically sets a level that they would call safe, which is as close to zero risk as they can get, and then they say, well, we can’t do that because that costs money, so let’s come up with another number that allows a certain amount of risk as a trade-off for cleaning up the water… I think our public policies need to be revisited because we’re trading disease for costs probably unnecessarily."
