This is the second time we've used Sears, it is very affordable. The first time the Technician was extremely through. This one seemed rushed The same technician has cleaned the carpets for as long as I can remember since I switched to Sears several years ago. He is courteous, thorough and trustworthy and really good at what he does. I have had other carpet cleaning companies in the past but none can compare to the work ethic this gentleman exhibits.

He is very professional, and, I might add, very nonjudgmental about my dirty carpets. There have been times when I thought I might have to replace my family room carpet, but after he is here, they are very clean again.He had to come back to get rid of pet smell, but it was not his fault. Abdiel overperformed on my carpet clean, I had stains that other carpet clean companies Could not remove and you guys got the job done. Job was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the fact you guys use carpet freshner after the carpet clean leaving my home smelling fresh and not like chemicals. Abdiel cleans and disinfects carpet like a BOSS!! Best job I've ever had done, and in fact, I showed him the same rust spot on the carpet shown to everyone else over the years and he's the only one that got rid of it. I will definitely ask for the same technician. Abe was curtious, worked quickly, the carpet looks brand new! I am very pleased! Our home is our main investment and requires maintenance! Your fees for adding the protectant are outrageous considering the product costs about $10.00 in total and it would have taken the technician about 10 min. max to apply it in my house. My tile looks so much better. The man that cleaned was very professional and did a great job. I have had him before and he is great! Maggie that schedules is wonderful also. The technician was great but there are still many areas that didn't come clean. Every thing was great, your people were very nice and did a great jobOne of the room smells really bad. The other are okay. Is there anyway to get that taken care of. Ir is really bad. We have used Sears for our carpet cleaning previously. My wife was totally impressed with Ty and his assistant. Yes, we will use them again and will recommend their services to anyone that could use them! Ty and his team did a fabulous job. The servicemen were neat and clean and very polite and professional. They did a great job with some very old carpet.

Will defiitely be calling Sears again. The was grest did a good job. Showed up on time and had badge on to idenfi hemself. Tech, Was very knowlebul. The technician was good about keeping me informed about reason for being late. It worked out great to have them do it a day early. Nothing to improve on. Your Techinican ( Jimmy) was outstanding in all aspects. I'm not sure that you cleaned 5 areas. I think only 3 areas were cleaned and I talked with your service manager and they are going to look at the bill and give us credit. Clean up after yourself. The only complaint I have is, I had to clean up the water, mud and chemical left on the floor, other furniture and carpet after the guy cleaned my sofa and loveseat.Kyle and his helper were great. Kyle answered all my questions and made my carpet fluffy again!!! Got stains up that I didn't think were going to come out. Will definitely be calling back and referred my neighbor right away, she plans on calling and getting her carpets fluffed up as well!!

I think he had to much water. It took 3 days for my floors to dry and that is with fans on them. I could stomp my foot and water would splash. The technician was late, but he explained the situation to my satisfaction. My carpet looked as good as the day it was installed 15 years ago! Did a good job and was helpful in explaining anything asked. This was my first experience with air duct cleaning. I didn't realize that it would filter dust and debris from the ducts all over the house from every register. I am going to have to hire a cleaning service now to clean it all up. My son is severely allergic to cats and the previous owner had two. That was the main reason for us to clean the ducts. Now, the cat dander is everywhere, on every surface. He had a severe asthma attack during and after the duct cleaning. I would've insisted the ducts be closed if I had known. The technician was very informative, professional and helpful. There is still something in the vent(s) because the house still has the same odor as before.

The tech did tell me that it may still be there but I'm convinced there is still something in the vent. Thought they did a very efficient job. Glad to have it done. shawn--great tech and person The only problem I had was that on the original day that my appt was scheduled, the technician was running really late and didn't call. I tried calling an 866 number I found, and was told it was a call center and all they could do was send an e-mail, for which I got no response. It was frustrating because I had to leave later in the evening before they got there, but didn't know what was going on. The technician did leave a message the next week apologizing for that, which I appreciated. I know it was just one of 'those things', but a little more communication would have been nice. When they did come to my rescheduled appt, they did a great job at finding the problem and fixing it, which I really appreciated it! I truly appreciated my two technician. They answered every question I asked and gave me future advice about maintaining my air ducts.
