Mark and Dave were extremely knowledgeable in cleaning carpet and upholstery with pet hair and stains. They tookthe time to explain everything beforethey startes. If they found a problem or issue, they asked what we wanted to do. If they are still around, I would love them to come back to clean my carpet. It's rare to find people that understand the needs of a pet owner. They made the experience extra special. Technicians were professional and explained their procedure - cleaning was perfect - not too much water - I was extremely pleased.

I was not happy with the way the appointment started. I was not told that the technicians would need parking in the front of my building. I had to pay extra for the portable cleaning system. Had I known they needed to park in front I wouldn't of made provisions. The scheduling process was a nightmare. I was rescheduled 3 times, and the times that were scheduled were not what I requested. I stayed home from work 2 times, only to be told that they weren't coming or that the time was being moved to much later, and I could not be home at that time. People cannot keep taking time off from work for a company that does not keep their appoimtments. Finally, the third time I was told I was being rescheduled, I complained bitterly, and they fit me in . I was promised that I would be the first stop and I wasn't, and so I was late for work.

That being said, the technician Jason was terrific, very good and very careful. Jason is the reason I would call you for this service again.. Carol the woman who booked the appointment with me was very accommodating and helpful. She was pleasant to speak with and Jason the man who came to clean my couch was professional and answered all the questions I had as well as finished my couch in a timely fashion. He was great and I will definitely be calling back in the future and requesting him to come back for future services. The specialist Nuno Estevao did a great job and was extremely professional and courteous. He has been to our place two other times to clean our furniture and tile floor and we will definitely have him back again. You have an amazing employee. The telephone customer service reps computer was down this morning when I called you get an mated time of arrival and to leave my telephone number so that I could go to work and be called when the technician was close.

I felt that it her computer was actually down she should have gone the extra mile and called dispatch to convey the information. I used to work c.s. and if it was me I would have thought my way around the problem but other than that I liked the experience and my carpet looks great. I would like to commend the the professional demeanor that Matt Szleger Senior Technician demonstrated upon servicing our dryer vent. He took extra steps and care to make sure the job was well done. He saved my relationship with Sears and I look forward to being serviced in the same manner again. A great big thank you to Matt and his helper who unfortunately I don't remember his name. The service techs that cleaned my carpets were excellent. They were knowledgeable, very helpful and polite. Would def. recommend the service to family and friends. Jason did a great job. Although the carpets are far from new, they look 100 times better. He even got out some old stains that the last carpet cleaners did not remove!!!!

The Service was great. Everyone was polite and professional and the work performed was great. The rugs look brand new.
