Mall closes too early at night. Missed an evening bar. A late dinner, a piano bar would have been nice.눇Loved the club level. It made a big difference. 눉No bath tub in our room눇Very nice facility 눇your free brekfast in "heat" , staff are courteous, we've been going to your hotel 23 years already. 눇good location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable, excellent gym facilities, great restaurants y have what they called a "dynamic rate" which increases the price according to hotel occupancy. I w a lot and this has never happened before. I stayed for 8 nights on business and was charged extra for 3 nights. The
extra taxes mount up too.....3 different types but that is something I'm familiar with. A dthe way.....watch out for the breakfast queues which weave back into the foyer at times. Worth the wait...lovely breakfast.눇Good amenities. The bake shop in the foyer is a nice touch, although a little pricey but the baked goods were excellent. Staff are faultless and in good supply around the hotel. Busy check in was well managed with extra staff support speeding you on your way to your room. 눉the restaurant waitress specialist at the main door of the break fast restaurant눇I like to have a mix jacuzzi males and females together 눉N.A.눇Ive atayed at the EDSA Shangri La frequently for over 20 years and it has always been one of my favorite hotels in Manila for the excellent rooms, food, location, and just the general ambience of the hotel. te surprised minibar is no longer available. Sometimes its quite convenient to have some snacks and drinks right at your fingertips to choose from. Esp
ecially when youre working on a paper or a report late at night or into the early hours of the morning And of course, I've always paid for what i consumed during checkout. But now, they have removed the minibar and i was told that if i wanted something ill have to order and it would be as good as sold, Something new since i stay for a few days every year at Shang mostly for business but sometimes for leisure and bonding with family. And this is the first time ive encountered this policy. 2. I was attending a convention with my elder daughter as accompanying person. My youngest daughter came to visit me. While waiting for my lecture to finish my daughters decided to go to the gym. These past years they have always been accommodated. After all, i dont use gym facilities- so either a son or daughter was allowed to take my place. So in the past as long as there were just two persons at a time, it was okay with them. But this time they blocked my other daughter from entering the gym. Qui
