chikuno cube charcoal air purifier

ACTIVATED CHARCOALOriginally created in the Kishu region of Japan during the Edo period,Binchotan Charcoal is a natural way to purify, cleanse, and naturally improve the quality of your daily life. Our Binchotan charcoal is made in the Kishuregion of Japan. To activate, skilled artisans burn branches of Ubame Oak (a tree native to  Wakayama Prefecture) at extremely high temperatures (2300°F) then rapidly smother the flame with earth. This process causes the branches to become extremely porous and sensitive to chemicals and toxins, absorbing (technically 'adsorbing') them like a sponge. It makes for a great natural water filter, as its porous nature draws chemicals out of tap water, naturally softening and improving its taste with no additives or chemicals.Beyond purifying water, Binchotan charcoal can be used to detoxify skin, purify air like baking soda, whiten teeth, and can even be added to your rice cooker to improve it's flavor! Binchotan can be further refined and has been integrated into our line of Binchotan beauty products, so you can feel the benefits of activated charcoal right on your skin.
CHIKUNO LIFEBinchotan Charcoal's structure is filled with hundreds of microscopic cavities that trap odor-causing chemicals, so potent that one gram of charcoal has as much surface area as a tennis court. When its powder is infused into beauty and health goods, those products retain its amazing absorptive qualities. In beauty and skincare products, charcoal's natural detoxifying powers draw out impurities and toxins from pores which prevents future breakouts and absorbs excess oil. cycad air purifierIn toothbrushes and towels, charcoal's natural antibacterial qualities prevent mold and mildew growth.roboclean air purifierActivated Charcoal can also be used to purify the air. winix plasmawave 5000 air purifierThe micro-honeycomb structure of our Chikuno Cube filters air particles, while its charcoal make up naturally absorbs moisture, odors, and pollutants.

The charcoal will emit far infrared rays which improve blood circulation and keep your body warm and relaxed long after your bath.AROUND THE HOUSEBinchotan Charcoal works great as a deodorizer. Place charcoal pieces inside your fridge or cabinets, and the charcoal will absorb airborne odor-causing molecules and bacteria. They will also absorb moisture, helping to combat dampness and mold in a closet or drawer. IN THE GARDENRecycle your used charcoal by re-purposing it as soil compost- used bits can be add broken pieces of charcoal to the soil in potted plants or in your garden to stimulate natural growth. The tiny holes in the charcoal help aerate the soil, increasing microbial activity and creating healthy natural soil for your beloved plants. FOR HEALTHY LIVINGPlace charcoal next to radiation emitting appliances like computers, microwaves, or television- the activated ions block harmful low-frequency electromagnetic waves.
