My very long drapes are beautiful and "long enough" for the first time. They were worth waiting for, but I was impatient. I think you can't hurry a process that takes time. They were out the next day first thing to take care of it. The service was excellent. I had tile floors cleaned and sealed & all upholsterd furniture cleaned. Coit tech did a fine job. I was very pleased with the process of having my custom living room and dining room drapes with Coit. Philiip, the COIT representative, came to my home to collect my drapes for cleaning. His appearance, demeanor and professionalism was exceptional. He clearly and politely explained the process, took measurements of the drapes length and where each drapery hook was placed.

The latter step was beneficial for reinstallation of the cleaned and pressed drapes. When the drapes were returned, I noticed that they were shorter. Philip measured the drapes and determined that they had shrunk approx. an inch. He said he would take the dapes back to COIT and they would drop the hems an inch at no cost to me. After considering all alternatives suggested by Philip, we raised the hooks so that the drapes would hang lower as they had previously. This adjustment did not show because of the custom made valances. Philip contacted his colleague who was in the area on another COIT job. A short time later, Anthony arrived to help Philip. When the task of rehanging the drapes was completed, they looked wonderful. Additionally, there was an adjustment needed on one of the bracket in the dining room to improve its appearance. Anthony made the adjustment. Philip and Anthony worked very diligently for us. COIT should acknowledge these two professionals for their exceptional customer service.
