Despite the challenging weather they completed the job efficiently as possible.Thanks Sue So it's heading into July and I've purchased a new 'older' home with scant in the way of heating or cooling and nothing at all in the bedrooms. One phone call and it was all arranged. Followed up by knowledgeable and patient advice and presto by the time I actually moved in it was installed. Hi , I recently had ducted heating done at my house. Dave came to give the quote was so kind and pleasant with lot of patience and exactly knew what I wanted I would say anybody want to have quotation done should request for Dave and the installation person Dale was so good knew what he was doing .

The process was so easy for us and we love our new heating system. It was a pretty marathon job, and the weather wasn't being particularly pleasant, so we really appreciate all their effort.  The whole team has been really great to deal with.Cheers,Kevin The weather didn’t help at first but held up for what turned into quite a big job. The boys didn’t leave until after 6 last night. We were impressed by the professionalism shown by all who entered our home and the respect they showed towards it, especially given the wet conditions. Nothing was any trouble and they certainly gave us no cause for concern, a big “Thank you” to all of them.The finished product looks really good (glad we renewed the evap cooling vents). The outdoor unit doesn’t look out of place and there is still room to get around it even though it is off the wall a bit. The true test for the air conditioning is next summer of course, but the initial running up of the heater was something else. We can’t remember actually being warm in our house! The warmth was all but instant and comfort levels reached very quickly.

So far so good then, we are pleased to have chosen the units we have, we think they make a good combination. Thank you for your initial help in putting the quote and recommendations together, also facilitating ... Our heater died in the middle of winter, and having a 6 month old baby, we wanted a new heater ASAP. They were Fantastic, they understood my concern with not having heating. I rang them at 4pm had a salesman at my house 8am the next day and installed the heater that day. The plumber that did the job, worked in the pouring rain to do the work, and as a result the inside of the heater got wet, so he stood there with a hairdryer under a brollie to dry it out and said "i wont be leaving till it is dry and safe to run". The job took a few hours longer than normal due to the weather.Some company's i rang said they will be able to come and have a look on Monday, and install Tuesday or Wednesday. But for this company within 24hours !!Approximate cost: $2100 Our 40 year old central heating unit was dying and I rang a number of places to get it replaced.

Maroondah was definitely the best. Turned up on time, very professional, knew exactly what to do for a job that was not straight forward. Tradies were good too. Excellent job with great service.Approximate cost: $2500 These guys ripped out and replaced my gas wall heater, and changed over my gas hot water system to an instant system.I found them to be good operators - reasonable prices, all contractors showed up on time, and were good to deal with. They also took the time to explain everything along the way. I've had the equipment installed and working for about 9 months now and everything has run well.Approximate cost: $5000 Installation of a Brivis B20 central heating boiler.Installation staff were very friendly and efficient.The installation was completed in under 2 hours.Approximate cost: $2250 Our ducted heating unit ended up with water damage after last weeks hail storm so needed replacing. I didn't hesitate to call Maroondah heating & cooling as I've used them in the past, they have always been exceptional.

Half an hour after my call Kirk arrived to give me a quote, he said the earliest they could install was Friday, 2 days away. After he'd left I called the office to book in the replacement, I explained I have one year old twins & that replacing the heater was an emergency. I was told they would call me back to book it in when Kirk returned with the paperwork. 15 mins later they called to say they had reshuffled Wednesdays bookings around so they could come out that day between 12-1pm to install the new ducted heating! They arrived just after 12pm & 2 hours later it was all done! Approximate cost: $2360 We had a ducted heating unit replaced.They were fast, efficient and had the job done in less than week from when I first called the office.From the office to the salesman and the workmen the company was extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly.They were on time and cleaned up when finished.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.Approximate cost: $2,400 We had our underfloor ducts replaced for our ducted heating as they had been in for 23 years and had deteriorated.

Also we needed the configuration of the duct work to be altered to cater for an extension which had been added.Maroondah Heating and Cooling were amazing!From the first phone call enquiry to completion of the job they were efficient. They arrived exactly on time as arranged, both for the quote and for the start of the installation. They cleaned up at the completion of the job. They were courteous and informative.All in all I would definitely call them again when we need to purchase a new furnace or require any future ducted heating/cooling work.Approximate cost: $2400.00 Had a Bonaire Evap installed with 7 outlets in a single storey house. Evap working well since installation.Approximate cost: $4620 change over evaporate cooler to existing dropper,powerpoint and waterline. workers were friendly and cleaned up before leaving.job well doneApproximate cost: $2760.00 I received a quote from Paul who provided an on-site visit. He was on time, polite and thorough. In the end, I chose a more competitive quote, but would recommend this company based on initial dealings.
