After I opened the box there was a sign on the air purifier that it contains Diiodomethyl p-tolyl sulfone, so I looked into its safety datasheet, and it can apparently have sever... Bought it to get me through a bout of horrendous hay fever and it made the nights bearable. There are a couple of shortcomings though: First is that my hearing is sensitive enough... I have a strong allergy to cats and apparently I found out only when my Maine Coon (long-haired)cat was 1 yrs old. I have had asthma for 50 years and was recently struggling badly even on very high dose medication. I bought the AeraMax DX55 and I got instant relief.
