On December 17, 2014 the technician came out to clean my air ducts. However, I was informed of numerous other things that needed cleaning to the tune of $513, which he wanted me to schedule. I told him that I was not able to do that and I just wanted my eight air ducts cleaned. Todd, the tech, told me it would do me NO good to just clean my eight ducts without cleaning the main vent too.

I said I would only do the eight ducts now and would call in January to schedule the main duct (since I wasn’t even using my system at the time). Nope, not good enough. He insisted that I do them all at the same time.He LEFT without cleaning my ducts. I called to schedule for January and was told they wanted to speak with the rep. and they would get back to me. I called today, March 17, 2015 and was told they cannot come out to my area until May 16, 2015, two months away.This company, Tri-Vesta Services is a COMPLETE rip-off! They have had my money since November 10, 2014 (SIX MONTHS) and I am not waiting another two months for them to give me the services that I have paid for. I asked for an appointment within two weeks. When she was looking at the schedule she asked if I was closer to Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa or Sarasota. This tells me that this company is not even local and shouldn’t even be added to my local Groupon.If I were Groupon, I would sever my ties with this company. I have recently read other reviews from people who also purchased Groupon’s for this company and also were less than satisfied or completely ripped off, like me.
