I went back and read the description on the Wal- Mart site and sure enough it says hepa, not hepa type. Not what it describes. Yes (3) No (0) Report Yes (3) No (0) I love this purifier! When I first moved into my apartment, the previous tenant smoked in my current room so everything smelled like cigarettes. As soon as I started using this product, I noticed a huge difference right away. No more smoke or other funky smells! The air quality was so much better as well. I haven't been sick, not even a cold, in the four years I've had my purifier. I keep it running 24/7 because I have to have constantly circulating fresh air, so it's been running nonstop for 4 years and is just now, finally starting to die. I plan on buying the exact same model again. This product is a must buy and is one of the cheapest on the market.

Yes () No (3) Report Yes () No (3) While the unit itself is a little smaller than I originally expected, I'm very happy with it's performance. It has 3 settings and an optional ionizer, and all of the settings work very well. The highest setting, while a bit loud, is especially helpful when I put it in the center area of my apartment to help combat the stench of cigarettes from my neighbors. All told, I feel like I can breath a lot easier with this air purifier around. I would absolutely recommend it for average sized rooms or small/compact apartments. Yes () No (1) Report Yes () No (1) Verified purchaser I love this air purifier! It's perfect for any smaller room and the calming white noise helps me to relax and go to sleep quickly. After purchasing 2 of them during my usual extensive product research; a HEPA type purification unit is the absolute BEST way to go.

idylis uv-c air purifier Yes (5) No (0) Report Yes (5) No (0) I bought this product hoping it would help with the dryness and dust caused by my electric heat. I do not smoke and do not have pets. I used the product for approximately 2 weeks straight only using the ionizer portion 3-4 times.

I went to move the product to a different location and noticed it had left a black stain that looked like smoke damage where it had been sitting. I started to move all my items i had hanging on my walls & my lamps, knick knacks etc and everything was stained black. I cannot get the stains off the walls and the rest of the items had to be scrubbed with a commercial cleaner as soapy water did not work. It made a horrible mess. I will never use this product again. Unfortunately, since I do not own my home I will have to pay to have my walls painted as they can't be scrubbed. I tried & it smeared it all over the place. What an awful experience. I received this as a gift 4 yrs ago and it has set in a closet until 2 months ago. I live in an older (1890s) home that has a dust attraction. After using for a month the dust was a lot less in that room. I also have an indoor cat and I don't feel as if I have so many Hairballs! Works great so far. Verified purchaser i have air born allergies and this product cleans the the air and i can sleep peacefully
