This hotel desperately needs a facelift but it was not fun being a part of the construction project. They could have made more of an effort to separate they're paying customers from the construction. Although this is an older property it could still be clean, but it is not. My room smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was rather nasty. I notified the front desk that I would be checking out the following morning and their response was , "yup". I called the next morning to notify the front desk that I was... In town for the job. Greeting and check in by very pleasant and professional staff. Standard room and bath was clean and well furnished - housekeeping does a good job. Climate control worked well. Bed had plenty of pillows and is comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant in the facility. Wi-fi was available but I did not use it. Very friendly staff that are quick to help and offer suggestions for nearby attractions. We got a free fruit and cheese tray during our extended stay and we were upgraded to a suite when our luggage got wet when a room sprinkler accidently leaked onto our suitcase.

Peaceful and comfortable with easy access to freeway, restaurants, and shopping. A good place to meet friends and associates or for same to come visit. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation after participating in a well-conceived retirement party for a dear friend. This is a very nice hotel in Mesa. They also have some nice weekend getaways.
