No response from them. The first one came in with a broken fan. The seller replaced it right away. I wanted this for a bedroom. It needed to be quiet and it is. Just what I'm looking for. I bought one of these and have used it to clean the air and create noise to help me sleep at night in apartment. I bought this from Bed Bath and Beyond. It worked for a few months, I regularly cleaned the filter, but after 3-4 months it started spewing a bad odor and made my room smell way... I've been running this non-stop for the past few months. The room does smell better, however even though I've reset the filter button with a dime, it still comes back on shortly... Cools and refreshes the air. I ordered this size for my sons room and it works great.Allergies seem to be gone since using this.

This air cleaner does well in my bedroom, but the filter only lasted about a year and I can't afford to replace it. Keep in mind how expensive the filters are when you buy. I bought this because I live in a tiny barracks room that's stuffy much of the time, and the only window faces towards the smoking lounge (oh joy :/). I use it to keep to smaller rooms air clean. Always smells clean in my home and I own 6 cats all adopted mind. My only gripe is that the front door pops open too easy when bumped. But I love it overall. I've had this one year. I can't find the replacement filter as listed on this site. The user manual isn't even listed on this site. Bought this a year ago for my son's room. He has severe asthma and this has helped tremendously. Great product amd very competitive peice for the features. I needed an air purifier for mold spores and dust in my apartment. This one claimed to help with mold and said "medium room", so sounded like what I needed. To my surprise, it is astonishingly loud, even on the lowest speed. Makes me think of a box fan. I bought it to replace an old air filter that is about 8 years old. It's a bit bigger than I would like, but I put it on auto and it has been working all day. I can't even tell it's on.
