I didn't change the hepa filters until recently, probably should have done it much sooner, because once... It is quiet enough to not notice (unless you try to listen for it). I have had this running 24/7 since I purchased about 2-3 months ago. Great air cleaner easy to use easy to clean. Works better than i expected. Filters fine, Wish it was not so noisy. Low setting is tolerable, but even that is noticeable. They need to employ quieter fans and or motors like some of the newer desktop... My smaller air purifier stopped working so I decided to upgrade, best decision ever!!! I haven't had any issues with it!! Loved it for the first 3 1/2 weeks.

Its not bad to look at. I definitely wanted a black purifier thinking that if it was white I would be able to see all the dust, etc. It is a little bigger then I expected but that isn't an issue. It is however, very loud. Settings # 2 & 3 actually blew papers away off my couch & is surprisngly loud. That may be something to think about if that is an issue for you. This thing works great! Within hours, the room was clear and the air sweet. Please note... it works best with a CLOSED room, no open windows.
