Worked great for almost 9 months, now it won't even turn on. i suffer with really bad allergies especially this time of year. This air purifier has helped so much I was able to cut my medication in half. This was a gift based on my experience with same model.....works great I bought this on clearance some place else for 50$ as it was an online return and for some odd reason hadn't sold. I am allergic to cats but I have 4 and my son has allergies. my old model # HHT-145 lasted 8 years running 24/7 until bearing failure, this new model that replaces it is more powerful & quieter. Purchased in November and has given off an oder from the beginning. I will be donating it to Goodwill.Will not purchase another Honeywell. My allergies were bad this year, so I took a chance and bought this air purifier. Want to buy 2 more. For my son and daughter. It's a great filter, easy to use and leaves the room feeling fresh and clean. Oscilate broke within a week.
