I have never experienced the level of service this hotel offers and it was amazing. It amazes me that people can come to such a beautiful place and act privileged and rude to the staff who are the friendliest... We went with 2 kids and had an absolutely the best time. All of the restaurants had delicious food, the drinks were fantastic, the pools and beach were beyond beautiful, and the music everywhere was outstanding. The room was over the top (loved the hot tub... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HRPC! The service was first rate & everyone made us feel special. It was very clean and well manicured. The beach was incredible with clear blue water and lots of chairs and umbrella trees. We will definitely return! This was our 2nd time staying at Hard Rock Punta Cana. The food is fabulous and the beach was unbelievable! We spent our days at the beach and our waitress (Deyaniris Rojas Mejias) was very attentive and very friendly to everyone on the beach despite it being very busy! My only disappointment is that it's so far... This hotel as everything you could ever need, plus more. Very large, clean, spacious rooms which were cleaned twice daily with fresh towels, if needed. We had two double beds, a Jacuzzi, walk in shower. Room service available 24/7.

There was a mix up with the resort credits at the start of our holiday.
