(Honeywell is at the top of their game for air purifiers). The larger unit is working fine, but the Air genius 5 (bedroom unit) started rattling after one week of use. It also has a slight smell that comes from the unit when using. That did subside some after a week's usage. Called the 800 number for Honeywell about the issue. They are sending me postage to send the unit back to them & once they receive it, will send me another unit. I believe in their products & have owned Honeywell units in the past that worked just fine. The Air Genius 5 has different levels of purifying depending on your needs. I liked this one because of the "sleep mode" setting in offers for nighttime . The higher the level, the louder it gets. Shouldn't have to pay shipping on two big and bulky over priced items for them to honor there warranty! They are not made by Honeywell they come from a company called kaz. And there customer service is not good. I hope this helps people from making the same mistake.
