I couldn't believe the difference it made in a few hours. The air did feel much cleaner and easier to breath. I set it up in the living room and within an hour the air felt cleaner. The best part when I pulled it out of the box all I had to do was remove the plastic bag and plug it in. It is very quiet on the low setting and not too noticeable on medium.

I would say on the high setting it makes less noise than a room fan on medium and it is much quieter than a room fan on high. I'm very happy with the noise it doesn't make. I did take it apart to look at the filters, they come out and insert easily, it looks like it will be really easy to clean. It is easy to understand and use. I couldn't believe how clear my sinus where when I woke up in the morning, it is such a relief to have clearer sinus. One of the machine's motor thummed like the fan blades were out of balance, so not only was it noisy, it should have been rejected off the line at inspection time.

There was also one thing about the instructions that seemed odd; we were to place it 3 feet from a wall and keep it out of the traffic where it could be stumbled over. I understand to get good air circulation through the machine, it must have free flowing air, but they could have offered an alternative such as placing it sideways.
