I personally found the management to be very kind and understandable I tough situations. Gloria has always been very nice to my wife and I as we have been living at vista grove. When it comes to maintenance I don't think we ever waited more than a day for them to show up to fix something. Overall a very pleasant place to live and I would recommend to anyone! Is 6/5 stars an option? Before I found Vista Grove I had been looking for apartments for roughly two years since I was living at home prior and wanted to make sure my first apartment was an enjoyable experience. Something I noticed about the reviews for VG was that they were all very positive which sparked my interest since it seemed most people only leave reviews when they're upset.

When I finally got to the property I was relieved that the online photos were exactly how it still looks today. The complex is beautiful; green grass, lots of trees and an all around aesthetic layout. From the first day I walked into the front office the staff was extremely informative and helpfully, I never felt pressured to sign into a lease right away like I did at some other properties I went to. After I had been shown all the different models available I decided on a 2-bedroom second story apartment that was, in my opinion, the perfect location. None of the apartments have vaulted ceilings which for Arizona is beneficial for cooling costs (I pay roughly $50 in November-March, $75 in April/September, and $175 in the months that hit triple digit temperatures - but I usually keep the AC at 75F). The community is fantastic, I've never had a single problem with my neighbors. The maintenance team is always fast to respond to any issues we submitted in the online portal (one occasion where the smoke detector needed a new battery and the other when the AC needed a new filter, so obviously nothing major).

I love that there is a fitness center on site and the pool is fantastic, there is even a community room with wifi, TV, and couches. There is also an awesome coffee machine when I don't want to wait in line at a coffee shop before work (and its free!). I could honestly go on and on about this place, needless to say I'll probably be here for a long time. A definite 5/5 stars! My building has prime location to the pool, gym and business center which has a lot of value to me. I have a view of the courtyard which is very calming in the midst of a large city. There is also great access to the freeway and great shopping areas. The staff are very helpful and friendly. When I first moved in, I was laid off and rehired by my company but had a lapse in pay. They went out of their way to help me find options with my apartment expenses to work through this trying period of my life. In this day and age that is great customer service. Lisa H. Val Vista living can be very convenient. I have lived here for the past 11 months and I'm signed up for the next year. Management here is trust worthy real people with real life. Always friendly neighbors as well as the MGT. It's all good here on Southern N Val Vista. This really seems like a all American neighborhood. My medium size Aussie dog likes here home here too, thanks to all who understand my situation with Sophie. She could use a few acres. Renting here at Vista Grove has been a very pleasent experience. We have lived in a bottom unit and now in an upstairs unit. The lovely ladies in the office helped make our transition from one unit to the other so easy. The maintaince team is awesome. Anytime we have an issue with anything, big or small they are quick to respond. The community is quiet and clean . I would recommend VistaGrove to any of my friends and family. I absolutely love living here. You don’t have to worry about your car being broken into, noisy neighbors or rude management.
