Club Hotel Vela & SPA Bodrum Nova Apart Hotel This hotel is horrible. It is dirty and unpleasant reseption staff. They stuffed our booking which was an ocean view room instead they offered us a wall view dirty room. They accused me in getting our booking dates wrong however there were two other guest complaining about the same thing. We have just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday at the Isis hotel. After reading other reviews prior to staying we 'upgraded' our room to the standard rooms from the club deluxe room. We are glad we did this, firstly we have a pushchair for our 18month old so the lift in the main hotel was perfect.
