The technician was courteous and professional, and explained everything thoroughly that he recommended to restore my system back to new. I chose to have the entire system cleaned, including the blower and a/c coil of the furnace (which their coupon covered about 2/3rds of the ductwork alone but it's a good savings nonetheless). I also had the sanitizer treatment done as well, and the air in my home smelled very clean and still does today! He spent almost 5 hours at my home and walked me through every step of the process, taking before and after pictures at the vent openings and a couple across the main lines. After he left my home, there was an immediate difference, I could feel the air kick stronger than before as well as the system cycled less frequently. And the difference definitely shows in my current utility bill since we ran the air conditioner LESS through July-August than in June because of the increased airflow!
