I wish i could rate this resort 10 stars, i absolutely loved this resort, i can't wait to return. The food is amazing, the drinks are amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff are the loveliest people i have ever met in my life (Albertico, Santino and many others!) I can't recommend this resort enough! Will never stay anywhere... I want to thank you for writing this fantastic review on Trip Advisor. We are very happy to know that Gran Caribe Resort is your favorite and that you will come back and stay with us every time you visit Cancun. I can see that Lili, Francisco and Angel truly went above an beyond and they will get recognition, as well as the kitchen staff, that work with such passion!... We unknowingly stayed here during spring break, so there were a lot of college kids running around. The on-site restaurants were decent - nothing to write home about. I'm glad to know that you enjoyed your stay and had a great time with your friends, although we are certainly always aiming to impress and... We are so glad we stayed at Gran Caribe for our honeymoon!!! We absolutely LOVED the food! There was such a great selection for every meal. Our favorite was made to order veggie omelettes for breakfast! Our favorite server was Joel deJesus Rojaro. He always greeted us with a big smile, was so kind, and took great care of us.... I really appreciate that you choose us to enjoy such a memorable time of your life, the five star rating and very lovely comments about your recent stay with us at Gran Caribe Resort. We visited the Gran Caribe for the second time, we had other plans actually but due to a last minute issue we had to change our vacation and decided to go back to the Gran Caribe, Let me say that our first visit was phenomenal, and this time they exceeded our expectations again from day 1.

It is so rewarding to know that we were able to exceed your expectations, and let me say that it goes both ways, our staff truly enjoys each day and is always ready to create memories that last forever.... I was there to celebrate my daughter 17th birthday with family and friends. We were a total of 11 people and we all had a blast. To begin, the hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding, they act like they really enjoy their job. I am normally biased to the resorts in Dominican Republic, but these experie ence... Thank you dearly for choosing Gran Caribe Resort to celebrate your daughter's 17th birthday. I am delighted to know that you were able to enjoy our facilities and that your experience at Maria's was so memorable. Spent 9nights here and everything was great. The staff were amazing. The only down side I would say is the 24hr snack bar was useless when coming back from a night out. Also booking tours are of the hotel were so much cheaper then the hotel. Thank you for taking the time to share your recent at Gran Caribe Resort. As I was reading reviews I was a little overwhelmed on what hotel to pick. I'm glad I choose Gran Caribe. From the moment we walked in I felt very welcomed. We did arrive way early about three hours before check in and were offered a room right... It is so rewarding to know that Gran Caribe Resort was a pleasant surprise. Spent five days, While was food and drink/liquor selections were very nice, the best part was the people staffing the place. Two of them told how current owners of three years care for their people, and it appears to echo through to the guests. Cesar and Sabina on the pool deck, "Big Mac" Maclavio on the beach, and HUGE thanks... First let me thank you for writing such a positive review of Gran Caribe Resort. I am very proud of the team we have, from housekeeping to the front desk. We all are aware of how important it is for each guest to enjoy every moment and they work hard to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction....
