Advocate Ashok Sarogi, who has taken on Rahul as his client, has filed for an anticipatory bail. The bail hearing is scheduled at Dindoshi session court. While speaking to Hindustan Times, Gupta said his values do not allow him to fight a case where a girl has died because of someone. “My soul did not allow me to continue with this. What my parents have taught me goes against this. A girl has died here because of someone else and what he did,” Gupta said. Rahul allegedly told Gupta that he and Banerjee shared a happy and a healthy relationship.
