A unique feature of PiMag® Water Technology is the addition of pi minerals to the process. Pi water was originally discovered by Japanese scientists in the 1970s. Observation had suggested that the water from an isolated hillside stream had a remarkable effect on the plant life in the area. The scientists examined the environment and found that it contained an unusual collection of topographical features. The surrounding hills contained magnetite and calcium. The watercourse flowed over silicates, the material that forms natural crystal. The water from it was found to have an atypical combination of minerals, and was naturally alkaline. The island is very dark (sea turtles) and signs are low and vegetation hides everything. You can't even see Walmart! GPS works, but if you turn 100 yards too soon, you will be lost. I even tell you when to turn on you turn signal and slow down. Entry is with the keypad. Your special entry code will be your check-in date, mmdd.There is free Wi-Fi. The code is under the glass that the lamp sits on. You can use my old beach bikes.There is a gated pool and I can give you the code. I can supply beach towels, but you have to ask. Breakfast is served at about 9:00am unless otherwise requested for earlier except on Sunday morning when it will be served around 8:00am or coffee will be in the carafe and a breakfast casserole can be in the oven depending on what the guest would like. The guest bathroom is in the hall across from your room. It has a blow dryer, body wash and shampoo & conditioner for your convenience.

Your bath towels will be on top of the Armoire with more inside. We use the master bathroom in our bedroom when we have guests.We will treat you like family. Expect us to great you in PJ's in the morning. You determine what interaction you want to have with us. You come and go as you please. Stay out as late as you want. Breakfast is optional, but please let me know if you don't want me to fix breakfast for you on any given morning by email, text, note on the table or something. The driveway is BETWEEN Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks. Almost everything you need is less than 2 miles away, except the south end. Multiple beaches are 1 to 2 miles away. Walmart, Publix, Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo all under 2 miles. Restaurants all under 2 miles :2 Italian, Mexican, NY Pizza, Pizza Hut, Dominos, IHop, Outback, Frankie Bones, HH Cafe, 2 Chinese take-out, Yummy House, Ruan Thai, McD's, Wendy's, Burger King, Sports bar and more.

There is sparse public transportation. I have beach bikes available. Not new, but free. Uber is prevalent and a personal friend/Uber driver regularly hangs out at the airport for incoming flights to drive people to HHI.The 10% Hilton Head Accommodation tax is ALREADY INCLUDED in the posted rate.You will be sleeping in a magnetic field which can be very soothing, but is not good for people with pacemakers and defibrillators and choclear implants.NO SMOKING. The condo association does not allow drinking in the common areas. I have 0 tolerance of drunkenness. That being said, if you are coming to attend a wedding and do some drinking, I would prefer to pick you up rather than have you drive impaired and you may sleep on the pull-out on the first floor if you can't make it up the stairs. In the event that I waive the no pet policy (not likely since the last time I did, the dog peed on my bed!):1. You can not leave an animal in the car anywhere on the island. The LAW is very serious about this.

You also can't leave the animal here unattended. Go to the internet to get the rules governing dogs on the island. It really is dog friendly, but it might not be what you are expecting. 2. Expect that your pet will leave with fleas. This is SC, hot, wet; a great habitat for fleas. I treat the animals. 3. The condo requires a rabies tag be worn, that waste is picked up and disposed of properly and that the animal is on a leash. Activity is picked up on the security cameras and there are fines levied to the tune of $125 for not picking up waste. 4. I am instituting a $500 security deposit for anyone for whom I waive the no pet policy. I have had way too many incidents lately where my good nature and love of animals has cost me hundreds of dollars. I hope you understand. If you still want to make the reservation, you will be agreeing to the $500 animal security deposit and I will remove the Nikken mattress toppers from the bed because they are over $500 to replace.Folly Field Beach, a nice bike ride of about 1-1/2 miles.
