We got parts of the tool caught in the vent & couldn't retrieve them. I called Larry for backup. He came out the next day, fished out the parts from about 15 feet inside my duct work, and made repairs to the existing duct work, and cleaned the terrible lint backup we were trying to get. He worked quick, explained things as he went, and the price was very fair for everything he ended up having to do. All before my husband could see MY "handy work" They did a great job.
