Absolutely horrible customer service.In their manual/brochure it solidly recommends that for best results it needs to be wall mounted two feet from the ceiling. Purchased this model in 2010 and have had it 4 years now. Recently had an issue where nearly all the lights on the digital display lit, and we couldn't get them to turn off. Purchased this unit in November 2009. It's been running 24-7 for five years now. The only time the air filter is off is when I'm cleaning (about every two months) or replacing... I had a hard time finding a unit that would work in my large living room/dining room area until I found this one. We love this air cleaner and purchased two of this model. It is very quiet and keeps our allergies under control. I've had this purifier running on auto for the last 2 weeks and I am impressed. We have 3 large dogs and live in Arizona, so the doggy aroma and dust are a constant issue.
