renaud air purifier hk

..hk How about this? For HK, I have heard good things about Blue Air, Alen and iqAir. I think iqAir are the best - I've bought 5 of these for my office, but beyond your price range. The Blue Air 203 for up to 240sq ft fits your budget - $4280 from Renaud. I know they advertised here so maybe a mention will get you additional discount. If she's allergic to mold spores and you have a damp problem, ditto. Secondly: The recommendation from Fortress is a bloody stupid one. Don't listen to store assistants in HK. Why would you want to buy a humidifier in a HK climate and pump even more water into the air? There's the argument that it helps the ionisation function of the purifier, but I don't think that function has been proven to be of any use at all.

The model that I linked to before is good for a small room- it is smallish, it is fairly high flow, it is reasonably quiet. On the other hand, so are a zillion other models by other companies- just get a midsized one and run it on medium. Just get a big HEPA filter. Ignore fancy rubbish like ionisation (not bad, but imo not useful) or UV lights (utter bollocks).
kuryakyn alley cat air cleaner review Regarding some of the other suggestions: Don't get a BlueAir, they rely on frequent filter changes (expensive to run).
bionaire hepa side flow air purifierI don't like Alen Air.
viktor air purifier manualTheir main model seems to be the a tall green tower thing, which imo is a pointless household decoration more than anything else because it is low airflow.

Edit: Wow, I just checked the Alen Air site. Their pricing is completely out of line. They are priced along BlueAir/IQAir lines, but they are not in the same product class.
