We were in need of a new furnace and hot water tank at the time and John’s attention to detail was evident by the work he did in our home. Over the years we have come to trust John, he is knowledgeable, trustworthy and has a lot of patience, especially with my many questions. Over the past 9 years, we have come to rely on John and call upon him every year for maintenance of our furnace, hot water tank etc. An extra benefit to hiring John has been his desire to educate his customers, and with his understanding of some of my health issues, three years ago the decision to install a Sanuvox In-Duct UV Air Treatment System to improve air quality in our home was made ~ I highly recommend this air purification system!! More importantly, however, I recommend John Pell to anyone and everyone who is in need of a dedicated, courteous and reliable Contractor that is specialized in HVAC systems.
