I have used two other companies before and they charged me outrageous amounts of money for a mediocre job. When I called four seasons air ducts the person on the phone was very polite, we scheduled an appointment and when a technician showed up, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained me every step of the cleaning process and showed me the condition of my furnace and dryer vent before and after cleaning. I called them to schedule an appointment for my air duct cleaning and asked if they could come in the next couple of days, since I had to leave for two weeks.

They scheduled me for next day and showed up on time. They actually sent two technicians so they could do all the work twice as fast. I have a dog and two cats, so my cold air returns were very dirty (lots of dust and pet hair) but the technicians did an excellent job and they even showed me my cold air returns before they closed them. Like the last reviewer said, it is getting so hard to find this in stores now. But, it's too good to give up. I guess word of mouth is increasing its popularity.
