Upon inspection, the technician found that our air ducts did not require cleaning. He did an inspection of our heating until and pointed out a rust problem with our coils. He installed a preventive package of uv bulbs to further prevent damage to our unit. No one had ever pointed this out to us. We will use your services again in the future. They were very professional. Very good job and professional Bernard and his Team were absolutely professional and did awesome work! They did an outstanding job and provided a great deal of education on the work to be completed and more.

I now know what it takes in order to keep my home in a clean air quality environment for the safety of my family. I have learned a lot from these gentlemen and appreciate the service they provided. I told Louis I was pleased with the services received. I also mentioned that I was not told during the scheduling of my appointment on 29 Jan 15 of the $15 service fee, and that review of my phone conversation, if taped, would reveal that fact. Sears need more people like Marcus. Very knowledgeable and informative! How much to cleanup my rugs Marcus did an outstanding job. He explained what I need to do to properly maintain my system. John and team did a excellent job. We loved the service received. Carlos and crew were outstanding. Nice guys, like John to come back later to do air vents. The crew was fantastic I would have them come every time if possible Mr. Lloyd Wells was very professional and detailed in explaining problems he saw while inspecting the furnace. This crew was exceptional. I was totally impressed not only by the service of the 3-technicians and also the technical expertise and recommendations. I am a totally satisfied customer ! The crew was very helpful and respectful.The outside duct/exhaust for dryer debris was blown into my yard, which would normally not be a big deal, but I have two dogs. The first thing they did - since I didn't realize the debris was left behind, was go for the dust, dirt and bird feathers.

Otherwise, the team was very nice and tried their best to do their jobs. My service guy was knowledgeable, friendly. His crew were polite. I only have two observations - First) My home was not as cool AFTER my service as it had been BEFORE the visit Two) the dust/debris blown out from my dryer exhaust outside my home was left on the ground in the backyard and my dogs immediately went for it. I didn't realize the debris had been left. Next time I will watch out for that and clean it up before my dogs get to it. I've requested a re-visit to address the warm air flowing from the AC. I would have preferred Sears to address issues like this sooner. I have to wait 10 days (in heat) for a revisit to address the issue. And my AC unit has been nonstop working at my expense of course. Very good job done by John and his crew. Nothing to improve upon. The crew was very professional and polite. No comment, every one is friendly, polite and very professional. They did a very good job.
