It has been in operation for 2 weeks now & I've noticed an improvement in the air in the bedroom where it has been setup. Contrary to some reviews I've found the unit to be quiet on the automatic setting and it has only once self adjusted to a high speed which would be objectionable if you had to listen to that when trying to sleep.
