As soon as I saw Best-Buy put the FPA-40UW model on sale, I immediately picked one up at local store. It only took 15 minutes to unpack the HEPA filter and it is already up and running.Even my wife comment it looks very pretty and quiet and she no longer wake up with headache. I can turn off Plasmascluster manually if I want to. No problem with it function in any ways. I went ahead bought two more from Amazon the next day. Sharp filters have two years of life and that is very good in compare with other models that only last 6 months. I am saving energy and filter cost with this very quiet unit and that is why I think this is one of the best bargain. You should pick one up before sale expired. I had 3 Sharp air purifier sitting at various location in the house. The previous one that I bought, has been kept on 24/7 for the past 5 year without any defect or issue. A model like this one use to costs much higher. Now it is much more affordable. There is a lower Sharp air purifier model available, but the saving isn't worth the value & quality you get.
