It's great how there's a pull out drawer at the bottom for scented oil - am finding it really useful for my current flu with a few drops of Tea Tree Oil and because the steam is cold, it is safe to have near your face to aid with night time breathing. Like the colours and how they can be set or in motion, also the adjustable dial for steam. The only thing I had trouble with on one occasion was the steam stopped working because the unit was not sealed properly. Water dripped out from the seal but this was remedied by completely emptying and drying the unit and refilling.
