NO ONE called the day before or morning of to ask to cancel. second job- 1 hour into it, the owner franco said it would be an extra $900 more. the other companies that i got quotes from, included what franco wanted to do. i assumed franco had this item in his quote. the second job, ran into the second day. franco told me he would be at my house 9-12. the guys did not show up until 3:45. I was told, around noon that they switched my appointment with another person. not reliable when it comes to time!!! if you have a busy schedule, not the company for you.
