You get what you pay for! I've hired cheaper companies in the past and while they got the job done, they did not leave an impression. I have already forgotten their names. Jeff and Eric, however, were very pleasant and professional and were extremely thorough. Jeff took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and his recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Jeff and Eric were very considerate during his visit to my home. Jeff moved his vehicle, angling it so that I wouldn't smell their compressor (I have an extremely heightened sense of smell) and Eric went around vacuuming the debris that was left behind during the process. Maybe this is standard practice, but it's the first time any company that I have encountered that have done that. The Admin staff (Mark and Steve) were also very professional and courteous. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking to hire clean air specialists. Two gentlemen arrived on time as promised. They explained what they were going to do. Care was taken with our furniture and walls. They were diligent and even found a return vent I did not even know I had. They pointed out a few issues and even suggested I reposition my dryer to better position the dryer vent. The dry time is now much improved. I have noticed a significant reduction in dust in my home which has benefited the dust sufferers in my home. I would not hesitate to recomend this company. I am going through slow renovation of my old house and now was the time to finally remove all the dust from the many years and recent construction. After things were explained to me they offered to apply the chimney sweeping voucher towards a badly needed AC unit clean up. I appreciated this because the chimney was in good shape and AC unit needed the attention much worse. They also were very helpful about where to find air filters for our furnace, which seems to be a custom size. I'd definitely use them again. Worst service ever, Do Not trust these guys in your house, they will damage your system intentionally so you call them back to fix it.

that's what they did in our house, they cut one of the cables of the blower & I was not watching them because we got their number from a friend & I thought we can trust these guys. when they finished work one them advised me that the blower is not working, while it was working very very well just minutes before they arrived to do the duct cleaning. we had to get someone to fix it, but this would have cause serious damage in our house, causing even fire. I told my husband we should call the police to report this, but he just called the company & talked to them & they aknowledged that this could happen, which means really that they are very careless in there work.
