" Insult to Injury" was we had to buy a sticker for *** to take it to the dump. I'm through with anything Serta, we also bought a mattress from them that lasted two years and began to sag. My husband weighs 185 and I weigh 128, not exactly the heaviest couple around. Serta would not stand behind their product....burn me twice...that's it! It came vacuum packed. I opened it and it expanded quickly, about 3 hours, to a 73 inch square. I slept on it and then took all the bedding off the next day to allow it to expand further. So even though I find it to be very comfortable, it looks like crap on my bed and the thought of packaging this 40 pound square to return it makes me want to bang my head against the wall.

I've had toppers in the past. The last one I had was the slumber solutions which was sooo cozy. I had it for about two years and my back started to hurt really bad. It was real nice in the beginning but probably had to be replaced. Anyway, this topper I've had for about three or four weeks now and I LOVE it! I don't wake up anymore feeling sick and no more aches! My lower back is feeling much better and I can finally sleep through the night again. I'm sticking with this one when I have to replace it. I'm buying the 2 inch one for my daughter so I can see the difference.

This one is soft but yet I can lay flat and not sink in. It helps me on my back and on my side. Helps with all the pressure points. I do have to say that when I first got it I right away put sheets on it because I really didn't smell that chemical smell like some people did. I woke up the next morning feeling very sick. I aired it out the whole next day and I was fine after that. So air it out!!!! I love the coziness yet you still get the. I am 130 lbs and I'm fine. Not sure how it will be if you're more than that. I don't sink in like others I've had just a little like I'm melting into it! I strongly recommend it! The only thing negative is that I feel like I have to climb onto my bed. So if that may be an issue then get the 2inch. We recently downsized from a 4300sf house to a 1500 sf house. Our master bedroom couldn't accommodate our expensive King mattress so we used a queen mattress that was originally for a guest bedroom. We really didn't want to spring for the cost of a new high-quality mattress for now so I started researching memory foam toppers. After a LOT of research I decided on this one. We've been sleeping on this topper for 3 weeks and are very satisfied. There was NO odor upon opening as there is with some toppers. So far, the topper is keeping it's shape well. It contours nicely to the body and offers great support. I also haven't noticed the heat element to be much of a factor. Some memory foam mattresses and toppers tend to hold body heat but I haven't found this to be much of a problem so far and I live in Florida. We do run our air at about 68 during the night though. I think you will be very satisfied with this topper. This Topper Lasted 5 Years I came back to Overstock to see if they still had this topper. We purchased this topper in 2011. It has been wonderful. I have Sciatica and a slipped disc. This topper has relieved so much of the pain. After traveling we always look forward to getting back to our bed.

I use this with another thinner topper on a hard futon and it feels fantastic. Feels like I'm sleeping on a regular mattress. Comes rolled up tight, unrolled it right on the futon and this instantly came to room temp and form. No chemical smell at all. Made up the futon and was sleeping on it that night. Truly "cuddles" you when you sleep. You do not sweat like some other toppers tend to do. We purchased this for a friend's ancient futon to allow a more comfortable visit to her home. It arrived promptly, no odor, and did the job. We slept well for 7 nights, woke with no stiffness or soreness. Squishy soft and soothing.
