Hello- I wanted to let you know that your product works incredibly well. I had to go to a convention that lasted a full week and had to stay in a completely non-smoking hotel. They even made me sign a statement that they would charge a $350.00 cleaning fee if I or any of my room guests smoked in my room. A few pieces from the first shipment got damaged during shipping but overstock took care of it promptly and I got my new parts in the mail within a few days. First off, this sauna was super easy to build. I'm usually pretty bad at assembling products but this was very easy with another person. It took us about an hour to put together. I have had the sauna up for a week and used it 5 times over the week, I absolutely love it! I can't say this is the best of the best but it is something I would totally recommend if your looking to reap the sauna benefits. I have had the experience of sitting in some really amazing saunas in my day and this is very close to being at the top. For someone who is usually very picky, I honestly couldn't be happier about this sauna purchase for the price point. I use it for 20-35 mins a day, at 125-132 degrees and sweat a TON!

I feel like the sauna is getting hotter each time I use it, which is a great thing. I'm thinking it might actually take a few uses before the heaters "break in" to reach their max heat. The only thing I would change about this sauna would be the bench heater that is under your legs/calves. I think this heater should be much, much hotter than what it is now.. but other than that, I'm in love with this sauna!! Just what was advertised The product was just as advertised. Not the same quality as an expensive built in, but very nice, and just what I wanted. The assembly was easy, I did it myself in about an hour. My only com ain't was the shipping. I got notice from Overstock that the unit shopped within 24 hours. UPS held on to it for 2 weeks. After calling Overstock customer service, they were very friendly and helpful, UPS was not. I had to burn a vacation day because they couldn't give a delivery window smaller than 12 hours. When delivered, they put it in my driveway behind my car, blocking me in.

When I asked the driver for help moving it, he said "we don't do that!". I love the sauna, but would try a different delivery method next time. Great Sauna, looks and operations great. set was a breeze less then 30mins from boxes to plugging it in. We love our sauna, so easy to put together and it is so relaxing with all the bells and whistles on this one. Great value , easy to set up and we were Able to use the same day !!!!!
